Based in Tokushima, Japan, TOAnoma is a full-service event planning, production, and management company dedicated to creating memorable experiences that connect people and communities.

While rooted in our local culture, we proudly serve clients in major cities such as Osaka and Tokyo, across Japan, and internationally.

We take pride in offering a comprehensive one-stop service, handling everything from creative concept development and production to staff coordination and technical operations including sound, lighting, and video.

This integrated approach allows us to deliver tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs and goals efficiently and effectively.

One of our flagship projects is the Awa Odori dance festival, a world-famous cultural event.

For many years, we have managed key aspects of the festival’s stage operations, including developing operational manuals, planning staff deployment, and coordinating on-site personnel.

This experience has strengthened our ability to deliver seamless and safe event management on a large scale.
