We are entrusted by the Tokushima City Awa Odori "Connecting to the Future" Executive Committee to manage the Awa Odori performance venues, held annually during the Obon holiday (August 12–15) in Tokushima City.
In June 2025, we were fully commissioned by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries(MAFF) to handle every aspect of a large-scale event themed around nutrition education, from creating manuals and coordinating with exhibitors to on-site operations.
At the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and Paralympics held in 2021, public-facing duties were suspended due to the impact of COVID-19. However, we contributed behind the scenes by supporting athlete transportation and other operational logistics.
At Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, we are involved in managing pavilions and temporary events in various areas such as "WASSE", "MATSURI", and "Shine Hat".
There is strong demand in urban areas—particularly in Osaka and Tokyo—for free street distribution of tissues, flyers, and energy drinks. At TOAnoma, we handle the entire process from material sourcing and design to production.
Large-scale events such as national certification exams and handshake events for popular idols are often held privately at rented exhibition halls. At TOAnoma, we ensure smooth and secure operations for these closed events by requiring all staff to sign confidentiality agreements in advance.
For concerts and live performances, it’s common to complete setup, rehearsals, the show itself, and teardown all in a single day. Our “package staff” provide full support throughout every stage of the event.
From instrument loading to on-site logistics, our experienced professionals are here to help ensure your concert runs smoothly.
