Throughout my career, I have approached every project with a clear personal philosophy:
to remain calm and sincere, to treat others with respect, to act without excess, and never with arrogance. I believe this mindset is the most essential foundation in the event industry, where situations are often complex and even a single moment of inattention can affect the entire outcome.

TOA.noma was originally founded as a sole proprietorship during my time at Tokushima University and was incorporated upon my graduation. Shortly thereafter, the global event and advertising industries were thrown into unprecedented turmoil by the COVID‑19 pandemic. Major projects, including the Tokyo Olympics, were postponed, and even securing consistent work became extremely challenging during that period.

Despite these circumstances, we were able to persevere thanks to the support, trust, and connections we built with many people along the way. Collaborators on-site, partners behind the scenes, and clients who continued to place their confidence in us all played a vital role in bringing us to where we are today.

While the advertising and event industries have yet to fully return to pre-pandemic levels, TOA.noma has steadily evolved. Although we originated as a company based in Tokushima, our primary focus today is supporting international clients organizing events in Japan. We now work extensively with overseas companies as their local partner, providing comprehensive on-the-ground support for events held in Tokyo, Osaka, and across the country.

Our role is not simply to “run events,” but to ensure that every aspect—from preparation and coordination to on-site execution—is handled with reliability, adaptability, and cultural understanding. By doing so, we enable our clients to operate with confidence in an unfamiliar environment.

No matter how social conditions or market demands change, we remain committed to conducting our work with integrity and balance. By staying flexible while remaining true to our core values, we will continue to deliver sincere, practical, and dependable event management services.
